Assessment & Scoring

Once the conversation is complete, Curo analyses every answer against a structured competency framework. The result is a score you can explain and a rating you can defend.

Five-Tier Competency Framework

Every competency is scored from Tier 1 (Claimed) to Tier 5 (Systemic). A Tier 4 means the candidate demonstrated measurable impact with clear evidence. A Tier 1 means they said the word but couldn't back it up. The distinction matters — and it's built into every report.

Evidence-Backed Ratings Only

Curo does not assign a tier on assertion alone. If a candidate claims a competency but provides no concrete example, they stay at Tier 1. The score moves up only when the evidence justifies it.

Automatic Follow-Up Probing

When an answer needs more depth, Curo probes for specifics — metrics, outcomes, timeframes, team size — before scoring the competency. This is what separates a structured intake from a basic application form.

Interview Recommendation

Every report ends with a clear recommendation: Recommend Interview, Conditional Interview, or Requires Clarification. Each comes with the reasoning behind it — so you can agree, disagree, and discuss it with your client.
