Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

Every new Curo account starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. You will not be charged anything during the trial period.

If you do not subscribe to a paid plan before the trial ends, your account will revert to read-only access and no charge will be made.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Curo subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date. Payments are processed securely through Paddle.

Because our service is delivered in full from the moment a billing period begins, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period once payment has been processed.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will retain full access until that date.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

  • You were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate transaction)
  • A significant platform outage prevented you from using the service for an extended period
  • You contacted us within 48 hours of your first charge and had not used the platform after subscribing

To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, email us at hello@curo.coach with your account email and a brief description of the situation. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings in your Curo dashboard. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment period.

After cancellation you will continue to have access to all features until the end of your paid billing period. After that date your account will be downgraded and your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion.

5. Enterprise Plans

Refund and cancellation terms for Enterprise plans are defined individually in your service agreement. Please refer to your contract or contact us at hello@curo.coach.
